P. Aaron Wells

Attorney Wells received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his law degree from Samford University – Cumberland School of Law. He has been licensed in Tennessee since 2017. In addition to being licensed to practice in Tennessee, he is admitted in the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

He joined Robinson, Smith & Wells in August 2017. His litigation practice focuses on municipality defense, healthcare liability defense, and general civil defense ranging from automobile accidents, slip and falls, and civil rights claims. He has also handled EEOC and THRA employment investigations.

Mr. Wells is currently a member of the Brock-Cooper Inns of Court, and serves on the board of the Chattanooga Bar Association – Young Lawyer Division.

In his free time, Mr. Wells enjoys spending time with his wife Charlotte, and their two sons, Bennett and Elliott.
